  • From where can I do the bookings for Khiran Resort?
    - All bookings can be done through www.khiranresort.com
     
  • How will my chalet be allocated?  
    - Khiran Booking Policy states that the allocation will be done randomly. If there is any dispute in the allocation of       the chalet, please contact the Khiran Resort Information Center at 25 62 72 30
     
  • What should I do if my booking is completed, but the payment has not been processed?
    - The booking will not be confirmed until we receive your KNET payment.
     
  • What happens if I don’t receive an email confirmation for my booking?
    - The email confirmation is sent as soon as you book, but sometimes it takes a few hours to reach you. We request you to be patient. However, if the delay continues, call the Khiran Resort Information Center at 25 62 72 30
     
  • Sometimes, the dates mentioned in the booking calendar are not available, why?
    - Khiran Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Kuwait. The resort gets booked really fast. We request you to plan your booking well in advance.
     
  • How can I modify/cancel my booking?
    - All modifications/cancellations are to be done through the Khiran Resort Information Center at 25 62 72 30 or by visiting the center.  
     
  • How can I book for a group/company?
